Our policies include timely arrival, rescheduling, and cancellation guidelines. Please review these policies in detail or contact us if you have any questions before booking your appointment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We kindly ask to give us 24 hour notice of any cancellations or to reschedule appointments. Less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a penalty fee of $25 (unless otherwise stated in service description) Less than 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule will be charged IN FULL of the service you booked.
Late Policy
If you are 15 mins or more late to your booked appointment it will be cancelled and considered a no-show which means you will be charged IN FULL for the service. Please communicate with me if you’re going to be late to avoid any charges.
No show Policy
If you “no show” your appointment time you will be subject to pay your missed appointment IN FULL. We understand things happen, please communicate with us.
